Jen Fletcher
Doula support and community singing in Cornwall.
I'm Jen, a doula and song sharer. I believe in the power of connection, the importance of being truly heard, and what becomes possible when someone walks alongside you during life's most significant moments.
Whether you're preparing to welcome a baby or looking for a place to pause, breathe and connect, you're welcome here.
Doula support
Compassionate, evidence-informed support through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. You deserve to feel informed, respected and genuinely cared for, whatever that looks like for your family.
Sing by Sea
A space to pause, breathe and connect through singing. No sheet music, no experience needed, just come as you are.
These might look like different things. But they're rooted in the same belief, that people flourish when they feel held, heard and part of something. Both are spaces where you can show up exactly as you are, and leave feeling a little less alone.
I grew up on the beaches of Dorset and Pembrokeshire, the sea has always had my heart. It was during my PhD in Cornwall that I rediscovered singing and met my husband Jake. Now we're back to stay, with our two young children in tow.
Before training as a doula, I spent years working in marine science and conservation, always drawn to the people-focused side: education, community, bringing people together around something that matters. Singing has been part of my life since childhood. Both paths led me here.
"Singing together creates connection in a way nothing else quite does. It's simple, human, and deeply nourishing — something I didn't realise I needed until I experienced it."
